Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product condition must be New only (unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging).

2. Return Method & Fees

All returns must be sent back by mail. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping label and covering the return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees (No cost) for returns.

3. Return Process

To claim a refund or initiate an exchange:

• Contact our WhatsApp Support (+91 917754865997) within the 2-day window to request a return.
• If the item is damaged, please provide a photo or unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
• Mail the sealed product back to our facility in Prayagraj.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer).

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as 'Shipped'. Once shipped, orders must go through the standard 2-day return process.
